ABSTRACT
The main objective of the study is to identify the correlation between the physical environment and customer satisfaction in coffee shops in City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The primary goal of this study is assessed and evaluated the overall positive influence of physical factors on customer satisfaction. The DINESCAPE theoretical framework was utilized in this research. It pertained to quality in terms of layout, lighting, aesthetics, and ambiance in the physical appearance of a coffee shop. This study employed Weighted Arithmetic Means, the Crochran formula, the Kruskal Wallis H- Test, and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient to generate accurate data and reveal methods for assessing the results, which can contribute to the long-term growth of local coffee shops in the Philippines. There were 297 qualified respondents who frequently visit the coffee shops. The result of this research shows that there is no significant relationship between physical environment and customer satisfaction in coffee shops situated in CSJDM, Bulacan.
