Geotourism industry is one of the economic backbones of every country in Asia, this industry is also known as the one of the examples of invisible trades in other countries and of the Philippine as well. Using a survey-questionnaire, this study determined the status of geotourism industry as an engine of sustainable development in Tiwi, Albay for CY year 2017-2018. It determined its status in Tiwi, Albay, the level of sustainability, the attractions that prevails, the benefits derived from the geotourism, the challenges encountered and the policy recommendations based from the findings of the study. The data were treated using frequency count, percentage, rank, mean and its corresponding verbal interpretations. The results revealed that the Geotourism Industry in Tiwi, Albay is Very Satisfactory; the sustainability of geotourism industry is Very Much Evident, the Geotourism Attractions are Very Much Evident, the benefits derived from the Geotourism Industry are Very Much Evident, the challenges encountered by the respondents in geotourism industry are Serious, and the policy recommendations were formulated based from the findings of the study.
