ABSTRACT
Community outreach programs conducted by educational institutions play a crucial role in addressing localized issues and enhancing community well-being. This study focuses on analyzing the sustainability and satisfaction levels of community outreach programs initiated by the Department of Criminology at Tomas Claudio Colleges, Philippines. The research methodology employed descriptive research, utilizing questionnaires administered to 40 respondents comprising barangay officials and residents from Barangay Lagundi, Morong Rizal. The study aimed to assess the sustainability of the programs and the satisfaction of stakeholders, with particular emphasis on seminars/webinars, clean-up drives, and gift-giving activities. Statistical analysis revealed high perceived sustainability and satisfaction levels among both barangay officials and residents. The findings underscore the effectiveness of these programs in promoting community engagement and enhancing the quality of life. The study recommends the importance of conducting regular evaluations, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and continuously assessing community outreach initiatives to guarantee their sustainability and positive influence.
